Three-Time Repeat Pensacola Customer Updates 40-Year-Old Bathroom

There’s no greater compliment than having a customer choose 1st Choice Home Improvements again and again. Bob and Lorri first trusted our team with replacement windows in 2016, returned for a new door in 2024, and chose us for a third time to remodel their approximately 40-year-old bathroom in their Pensacola, FL home.

This bathroom remodel transformed the dated space into a brighter, updated and more accessible bathroom. A major part of the renovation was replacing the old tiled shower with a beautiful Onyx Collection shower system featuring new Delta shower fixtures, built-in storage and strategically placed grab bars for added comfort and accessibility. The project also included updated flooring, a new Shaker-style vanity with an Onyx/cultured marble vanity top and integral sinks, along with additional plumbing, electrical and finishing improvements throughout the room.

The transformation was especially meaningful because this was our third opportunity to help these homeowners improve their home. After completion, Lorri shared a 5-star Google review, praising the smooth remodeling experience, the care and respect shown by the installation team, and how happy they were with the finished result.

We’re grateful that Bob and Lorri have continued to place their trust in 1st Choice Home Improvements through the years, and we’re proud to have helped give their 40-year-old bathroom a fresh new look designed for the years ahead.

Client Review

starstarstarstarstar 1st Choice made the remodel of our 40 year old bathroom smooth from beginning to end. The installers were efficient, considerate of our vision, and respectful of our home, cleaning the area before leaving every day. We chose their ONYX product for our shower and vanity top--beautiful ! We are so happy with the end result. We also had 1st Choice replace our windows several years ago. Very happy with 1st choice!
