A Fresh New Entrance for the Emerald Coast Science Center

When the existing patio cover at the Emerald Coast Science Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL was damaged after being struck by a bus, 1st Choice Home Improvements was selected to replace the structure and restore the covered entrance.

Our team removed the damaged patio cover and installed a new aluminum patio cover featuring 3-inch insulated roof panels, aluminum support posts, beams, and fascia. The new structure provides a clean, bright appearance while restoring covered protection for visitors entering and leaving the Science Center.

The finished project is a dramatic improvement from the damaged original structure and complements the colorful, welcoming exterior of this popular Fort Walton Beach destination.
