Bath Remodel in Fort Walton Beach, FL

This project was located on the bayou in Fort Walton Beach.

The house, built in 1962, had a sunken, soaking tub. The washer/dryer were visible in the corner of the bathroom. An aging couple who have owned the house for over 30 years, wanted to make their guest bath more accessible with a bathroom remodel. Here is what we did:

What We Did:

Converted the tub to a zero threshold shower
Added grab bars
Bench seat
Tile niche
Adjustable shower head
Extended the left shower wall to add a laundry closet
Installed doors to hide the washer/dryer
Moved the toilet to accommodate the laundry closet doors
New flooring
New vanity w/linen closet
New bathroom window
