Pensacola Home Transformed with Coastal Force Impact Windows & ASCEND Composite Siding

Our house was long overdue for new siding. The existing siding was over 30 years old, had been painted multiple times, and was badly warped from years of sun exposure. Our windows were also the original ones that had been in the house for the 35 years I've lived here. When I first contacted 1st Choice, I let them know I was also getting quotes from a few other companies. After comparing my options, we decided to go with 1st Choice for both windows and siding, and I'm so glad we did. It took about five weeks for the windows to be manufactured, and the installation was completed in about four days. The window guys did a great job and kept the work area clean. As soon as the windows were finished, the siding project began. The siding job was a huge undertaking, and at first I was surprised to see only one person assigned to the project. I honestly thought it was going to take forever. But once Stacey Allen got started, I quickly realized he was exactly the kind of craftsman I wanted working on our home. Stacey takes incredible pride in his work and has an amazing attention to detail. He worked tirelessly, usually from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and treated our home as if it were his own. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right—not just quickly. The quality of his workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished product looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with our decision to choose 1st Choice, and I especially want to recognize Stacey Allen for his dedication, professionalism, and exceptional craftsmanship and the genuine care he put into every detail. By the time the project was finished, not only did we have a beautiful home with brand-new windows and siding, but we had also gained a new friend. For that, we're especially grateful.
