Wall Coating Project in Pensacola, FL

Built in 1981, the wood siding on this home in the Bellview area was in need of serious repair. The homeowner chose 1st Choice Home Improvements CoolWall product by Tex-Cote. After our Bellviews remodeling contractors replacing the rotten wood and coating the home, he will never have to worry about painting his home again. By decreasing exterior wall temperatures up to 40 degrees and reducing cooling costs as much as 22%, our customer is looking forward to much more efficient energy bills.
