My experience started several months ago when Mike Engles came to my house to explain your company and what products you offer. I have to admit I was a little nervous before he arrived because of all the stories on the news about all the shysters that are out there. He was very professional and gave an outstanding presentation. He asked me very good questions to help him narrow down what products best fit my needs. I never felt pressured and he never tried to steer me to one particular product. He explained the products and let me do the rest. "We recently went shopping at different window Companies shopping for windows, checked for quality, prices, craftsmanship and found them to be quite inferior and prices to be high. After shopping we went back to the yellow pages and checked out Co. that had been in business for a long time and called 1st Choice Home improvement, the next day they sent a salesman to our residence to talk with us, he was very helpful bringing the window we had selected, a Vinyl low maintenance window plus a magazine on what they had to offer. After watching his demo. we were very impressed with the Craftsmanship of the window, and selected a glass which keeps out the sun and cold in the winter. after ordering our windows, they were brought out in a timely fashion. The technicians whom the Co. sent were very professional, done a good job cleaned up after their work every day. We're so impressed with how cool our home is, the appearance of our home after the windows were put in. We also selected 2 sliding glass doors made of vinyl and are very pleased with these also. We also ordered a window wrap that goes over the existing trim around the windows which made the windows even more attractive. We are now waiting for our first electric bill knowing it will be a lot lower than ours was with the older windows we had. "My husband and I would like to say how pleased and happy we are about the new windows, siding and doors that you have installed. Our house is approximately Twenty-seven years old so can imagine what the windows and doors were like, energy nightmares. Since the replacement windows and doors have been installed, my air conditioner is not running as much. The air conditioner would struggle just to maintain 78 degrees in the house. Now I have the thermostat set at 75 degrees and it actually reaches that setting and turns off. We have seen a 25% to 30% drop in the electric bills as compared to last year at the same time. We also feel that the siding and new vents on the house have also contributed in keeping the house cooler. I would like to complement your company on the people who do the work. They knowledgeable in what they do. In our master bedroom we had wooden French doors that would leak in the cold in the winter time and in the hot summer months let the heat in. We had two double windows put in their place. Donny did such a great job that you can not tell that they were added and look just like part of the house. Donny did a lot of little extra things for us, like new screening my front storm door screen. We did not ask him, he just did it, he said, the front door should look as new as the rest of the house. The crew cleaned up each day before they left. We would certainly recommend your company. In. fact as you know we were so pleased with the quality of your work that we are having your company redo our kitchen. Before I forget, we had gotten an estimate from another company who shall remain nameless, not only was their price higher, but they told me that they could not install pet doors in the steel doors I wanted, when your company said, no problem, you put in the pet doors. My cats thank you, I thank you."

From the first telephone call to your company until the final completion of the job, your company and it's employees proved to be trustworthy, competent and very courteous. On June 14, 2000, we called your company to come to our home and give us an estimate for some remodeling work we wanted done in our kitchen. We wanted to have a small door going from our kitchen to the dining room enlarged and made into an archway; have a window in kitchen replaced with a picture window; and have countertops and backsplash replaced in kitchen. Within 2 days; your salesman, Rich Murphy, came out to our home and gave us a proposal which we accepted. He was very prompt and courteous. He also seemed very knowledgeable. Scott McCartney and Stephen Smart came to our home to look over future job and took final measurements. Both of these gentlemen are very experienced and competent. Within a couple of weeks the installers arrived to start the job. They started on the day that was agreed on and were very courteous. The installation crew chief was Donald Dimmitt. He was responsible for the archway and the picture window. He did a beautiful job and was very interested in satisfying us. He was very competent and experienced and considered all our needs while doing the job because it involved a lot of sanding and dust. Ken Norton removed the old countertops and backsplash and installed the new ones. He also did a great job. He was also always punctual, always courteous and very competent. Scott McCartney and Stephen Smart came to look at the job several times while it was in progress. We had several conversations with them while job was in process. They always returned our calls if we had questions. This personal touch was very impressive to us and we really appreciated it. We were very pleased with the installers that work for 1 st Choice Home Improvements and would recommend your company highly. Everything was done to our satisfaction and it was your company's desire to meet this satisfaction.
